As a founding Director of Cultivate, Tony’s focus is on ensuring Cultivate is a ‘great place to work’ and a ‘great company to work with’. Tony brings a wealth of knowledge, gained from over 17 years’ recruitment experience. He has spent the last decade leading teams in his roles as General Manager - Auckland, and Country Manager – Hong Kong, for a large multinational recruitment firm. Helping businesses to build a sustainable business based on ‘performance through people’ is Tony’s strength. His passion is building the collective capability of a group of people, and helping them to achieve more together. Tony is responsible for supporting Cultivate Clients with Executive Search and Recruitment Training.
