I always work on the belief that within recruitment, matching the skills of a candidate to a position description is only half the job, ensuring that there is also an alignment in values and culture is what will make a placement truly successful in the long term. I will always prefer to work with a smaller number of clients for who I have a deeper understanding of their organisation. Beginning my recruitment career within the Healthcare, Community and NFP space, I developed a great foundation in resourcing hard-to-fill positions particularly within Healthcare over the COVID – 19 Pandemic. Since then, I have been successful in other areas such as Data and Analytics and particularly enjoy the challenge of senior management and executive/C-suite level positions.
