The dynamic nature of my 14-year career in professional rugby has allowed me to understand the true qualities needed to work in elite environments - Trust, respect, hard work, being a good bloke, resilience, and learning to enjoy a challenge. It is basic and doesn’t require talent. However, it has served me well in rugby, and now I will be relying on these same qualities to help me transition into the world of recruitment.
