Synergy Placements is a boutique agency that specialises in Logistics, Manufacturing and IT recruitment . We chose these niche areas because we have hands on experience in these industries. Before becoming a Logistics recruiter I worked myself up through the ranks, starting as an agency store man myself back in 2012, working my way up to the Warehouse Manager in charge of a team of 25+. The path in which my career has taken has really helped me understand both sides of the process as I have first hand experience of the challenges both employers and candidates face. I work hard to find the right type of candidate for every company because I know people are different and not anyone fits in any job.
