•Providing guidance to consultants with regards to effective recruitment best practices that support a positive candidate & client experience. •Training, coaching, and developing the team of consultants through effective people management practices that foster empowerment, collaboration, growth, and engagement. •Leading the team by example, by managing occasional end-to-end recruitment projects (including assessment centres) for a range of senior and/or complex roles. •Implementing effective relationship management strategies, including regular meetings, solution orientated communication and personable service delivery to increase client satisfaction and loyalty. •Driving business transformation by researching, developing, and implementing a number of operational and marketing projects to support the ongoing growth and efficiencies of the business.
