Mel spent her final year of studies on exchange in Malaysia completing her Bachelor of Marketing and Business (HR) at Monash University prior to commencing with Sharp & Carter in 2020. Mel enjoys building genuine relationships with her clients and candidates across Melbourne’s CBD job market. Outside of work and on the weekends, you can find Mel making the most of warm weather, enjoying live music and seeing friends.
