I commenced my recruitment career in London in 2001 and migrated to Sydney, in 2007. During this time I have focused on building a strong personal brand and reputation in the Sydney Technology recruitment market and have developed an obsession with customer experience. With experience across large and small recruitment businesses as a consultant and managing large teams I have realised my true passion lies in working with candidates to help them attain their career dreams and building relationships with clients to become a true partner and "go-to person" not just for recruitment, but for advice, guidance and a sounding board. With this in mind, I have launched Sympraxi, a recruitment business focused on Collaboration, Contribution, and Cooperation. Working together with my customers, my goal is to build long-term relationships that add true value. Having recruited across the key pillars of Technology, I have developed a strong network of candidates to be able to add value across a broad range of roles including Executive Appointments, Project/Program Delivery, Architecture, Engineering, Infrastructure, Change Management, and Process Improvement. This allows me to provide a holistic recruitment service to my clients and candidates
