I have recently focused on C-Suite and senior functional leadership and profit centre positions across EMEA, Americas and APAC regions. I have over 14 years’ experience serving ASX, TSX, LSE listed clients and privately owned organisations including EPC/M, contractors, global service companies and private equity businesses. I have provided a comprehensive, disciplined, and research-led approach, supported by a combination of functional expertise and sector knowledge resulting in appointments of high-impact candidates. Successfully completed confidential executive search assignments from Executive Leadership down to senior management and technical leadership roles across a range of functional disciplines including operations, projects, exploration, asset management, engineering, finance, and human resources (locally, nationally & internationally). In addition, I have led a national research team and developed expertise in placing senior operational women in the areas of resources, energy and construction. I have worked on large project roles and provided sector and functional advice on graduate assessment and talent mapping diversity projects. Prior to joining the executive search industry, I held leadership roles within the health sector.
