My move into Recruitment after being in Administration and Hospitality was natural for me. I am a people person and I have always enjoyed creating relationships and solving problems. I joined Ambition and AccountAbility Recruitment in September 2018 and have been here ever since! After spending 3 and a half years recruiting within the Accounting & Business Support sector, I transitioned into Technology and recruited all things Software Development and Testing. After 2 successful years here, I realised my heart and passion were in the Accounting Support and Payroll area and have since made the move back to what I know and love. Earlier in my career, I was introduced to the Golden Rule – the principal of treating others how you wish to be treated. And it stuck with me. That is how I would describe my approach to life and to Recruitment.
