I have a genuine interest in great people. A massive part of great people's lives is their career, but great people are made up of so much more than their career, from sporting achievements and lifestyle interests to family and philanthropy. People truly are exciting. Knowing someone takes time and understanding their motivations takes an authentic interest. Building a team of highly engaged, high performing, intelligent people must be one of the most difficult challenges facing leaders today. My goal is to fight those battles with the leaders I choose to partner with and, even in the slightest way, help them work towards achieving the success they want.
