If you would have asked me 12 months ago what I wanted to do with my life, I would have very much still been in the “I don’t know what I want to be when I grow up” mindset (I’ve been in the workforce for 25 years mind you!) That was until I started in Recruitment and I finally feel like I have found my niche. Over the years, I’ve built a career centered around administration and then always pivoted into roles from there - from member services to coordinating conferences and events to now supporting recruitment, I feel I have developed (and still developing) a knack for bringing the right people, ideas, and opportunities together. Whether it’s creating events, helping organisations find the perfect match for their team, or supporting members and stakeholders to achieve their goals – my end goal has always been the same - to see everything align and share the success. I’m a problem-solver, an optimist, approachable, always up for learning and growing and am currently completing a Diploma of Business. When I’m not working, you’ll find me hanging out with my husband and family, exploring new creative projects or planning my next big adventure.
