Jessica started her career in the recruitment industry back in early 2018. She gained valuable experience working with a leading and international recruitment firm where she specialised in the Accountancy and Finance sector across Melbourne. Jessica’s reputation has been successfully built through developing lasting and ongoing relationships, coupled with her exceptional market knowledge and professional manner. She has been instrumental throughout the end-to-end recruitment process for many; building and improving finance teams for SME to large scale, listed and multinational organisations. Jessica is very hands on and enjoys working closely with her clients to gain a thorough understanding of the culture, requirements and wider team structure, to ensure a tailored and timely response. On the weekend you’ll find Jess at an early pilates class, followed by a walk through the park with her fur baby Cardi an Airedale Terrier.
