My background working as a professional coach for youth football both in the UK and Aotearoa, New Zealand combined with many years’ experience in senior management roles at popular hospitality hotspots has taught me the value of having an excellent work ethic and that everyone is capable of achieving success with the right support. I joined the Digital, Data & Technology team at Alexander James in 2022 and am finding it both challenging and rewarding as I continue to understand what it takes to be a successful search-based tech recruiter.
