I thrive on building strong relationships both with my candidates and clients. I am proud of the long standing nature of these relationships and that my candidates and clients put their trust in me to do the best job for them. I really love what I do and can't imagine ever doing anything else. I love 'match making' and the challenge of of finding the 'right' person for even the most difficult position. It has been said that I am like a 'dog with bone' and I am not unhappy with that analogy. I never like to give up and really do work my hardest for both my clients and my candidates. Every day brings new people into my life, all with their own interesting stories to tell. I operate with confidentiality, integrity and trust - because of that, many of my candidates become my clients and clients become my candidates. A huge part of my business is built on referrals and word of mouth, there is no doubting the importance of integrity, honesty and a good reputation in this industry. It is important to me that the outcome is successful for everyone.
