After graduating from university with a degree in International Politics, I landed my first job as a recruitment consultant in my home town. Yes, I too have been on the candidate side. I was blown away by the help and advice I received from my recruitment consultant (I'm still friends with her today). After this experience I thought to myself, I too would love to help people achieve their dream job and get one step closer to the life they've always wanted. I stayed with that company for three years before moving into Human Resources. After completing my Masters in HR and Employment Law, I picked up the wanderlust bug and set off on my merry travels to Australia. The plan was to stay in Melbourne for six weeks. Many years later, I'm still here and wholeheartedly call it home.
