Footprint Placements recruits and supports the placement of educational professionals in remote communities and towns. Our mission is to ensure all remote students have the opportunity to fulfil their educational potential through supportive, knowledgeable and responsive educators - increasing educational standards for students. I am an Accredited Professional Recruiter (APRCSA) with the Recruitment, Consulting and Staffing Association Australia & New Zealand, with a background in education. My time in the East Pilbara strengthened my passion for strong educational outcomes for remote students. Employed as Head of Campus and teacher, I managed the day-to-day running of the campus and developed many programs and initiatives whilst maintaining high attendance and strong academic results. I believe all remote students must have access to supportive and knowledgeable teachers who encompass high expectation relationships, to enable them to fulfil their academic potential. This is why I co-founded Footprint Placements.
