In 2019, Emma completed a Bachelor of Business Management and Bachelor of Arts (Extended major in Psychology) through the University of Queensland (UQ). On completion of her studies, she worked as a business graduate for the sea division at a supply chain and logistics firm. Emma’s background in psychology and ability to listen and understand an individuals’ unique needs led her to the world of recruitment. Prior to joining C3Talent, Emma was a Senior Consultant at global recruitment firm. Emma provided temporary, contract and permanent solutions to clients in the accounting and finance market. Whilst at the global recruitment firm, Emma managed the full recruiting life cycle across a variety of roles, helping clients find, hire and retain quality talent. Emma is now a Talent Advisor at C3Talent. In her role, Emma uses her background and networks within the local market to source the best quality talent. In her personal time, Emma enjoys reformer Pilates, taking her dog on walks and travelling.
