I was always a curious kid. I remember I was obsessed with the “Where’s Wally” books. I wouldn’t sleep until I’d scoured the pages, looking behind every nook and cranny to find him. I craved the chase, exploring every possible option and leaving no stone un-turned until I’d won. Little did I know, 20 years later, I’d be playing a real-life version of “Where’s Wally”. Finding the right candidate for a job isn’t an easy feat. But I think that’s half the fun of what I do.
