I started my career in sales and business development roles in the UK, before moving into recruitment in 2006 where I specialised in temporary and permanent sales, office support, and management roles. After relocating to Australia, I joined a privately owned, boutique recruitment search and selection company based in Sydney, specialising in recruiting for Sales & Marketing, Operations, Engineering & Supply Chain, Data Science & Business Analytics, and Support Service roles, both nationally and internationally. Their core values of “honesty, integrity and genuine interest”, remain well aligned with how I continue to work today. I joined Parkhouse Bell as Candidate Manager in March 2023. We work directly with senior and executive managers within the Employment / Community / Disability Services, NDIS, Allied Health, Aged Care and Vocational Education sectors across Australia.
