Danielle joined u&u. in February 2013 and works as the Partner, HSE and HR for Queensland, and has been working in the recruitment and HR industry for the last 17 years. She is focused on developing strategies to attract and engage exceptional contract and permanent Safety and Environment professionals, and mid level HR professionals, ensuring a premium experience for both candidate and client throughout the recruiting and hiring process. Danielle’s experience working both internally within the oil and gas and finance industries, and externally within industries such as government, utilities, manufacturing, retail, not for profit, health care, IT, education, agriculture, mining and construction in Brisbane. This has given her a unique understanding of her client’s needs and the challenges faced in sourcing the right people.
