Originally from the UK, Charly traded the dark nights for sunny days and now calls New Zealand home. She has 10 years experience in customer focused roles and has spent the last 2 years in a fast-paced managerial role, where she worked across Recruitment, HR and Training. Charly has built long standing relationships with key stakeholders within all her roles, and has thrived and thoroughly enjoyed getting involved in the people side of business. Now as part of the Cultivate team, Charly is championing the people and candidate experience process by supporting job-seekers in obtaining temporary and permanent Business Support roles. ‍
