Ben has been working in the recruitment industry since starting in the UK in 2001 within the IT and Technology sector. In 2003 he moved to Australia and joined Peoplebank. He progressed from Consultant through to Divisional Manager, taking ownership of the relationship for several major accounts. He then spent some time at Talent International as the NSW General Manager, before deciding to start his own business. Ben recognized the growth opportunities within the Data Analytics & Data Science sector and the lack of truly specialised, experienced recruitment companies that operate in this space. He started The Talent Insights Group in 2012 to focus on building a specialist Data Analytics & Data Science Recruitment business across Australia.
