Having worked across a range of sectors to fill roles from the upper echelon of the business world through to hands-on site staff, I use my extensive market knowledge, industry expertise and search-based skills to ensure the right person is matched with the right role every time. Prior to joining the AJ Construct team, I was focused on the more C-suite type roles in support of one of the Founding Directors of Alexander James but am relishing the challenge of rolling up my sleeves to find creative solutions to the skill shortage that the “as built” environment is currently experiencing. Being someone who has travelled the world, I find that being able to remain cool, calm and collected no matter what situation is thrown at me helps me to go above and beyond for my clients and candidates and persevere when others might just give up.
