At Sourcr, we recognise the value of a review – the grit, heart, and commitment it takes to support our clients and candidates alike. There is finally a way to raise the bar for the recruitment industry and celebrate the best talent who really make our industry better.

The process is simple. Recruiters and agencies that strive to deliver exceptional service and collect reviews may be eligible for the Sourcr Recruiter of the Year Awards. These awards are based on meritocracy and are free to enter.

Every review you collect NOW for placements made in FY24 puts you in the running.

ONLY verified client and candidate feedback, along with quality review data are the considerations when selecting winners.

Award Categories

In our third year of hosting the awards in Australia and New Zealand, we’re excited to announce the categories for 2024! This year there will be a small change with big impact – we’re splitting our national awards for Australia and New Zealand, as well as introducing the market awards for our customers in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Overall Winners: Four national awards recognising both Australia and New Zealand’s best recruiter and recruitment agency in each market, as well as the inaugural Singapore and Hong Kong overall winners.

National Industry Awards: Recognising top recruiters and agencies by industry.

Regional Awards: Recognising the top agents in each state and industry. For example, Technology Recruiter of the Year, NSW or Digital Agency of the Year, QLD

These awards aim to shine a light directly on those who are delivering exceptional services in their fields of expertise.

How to Win?

To be eligible to win an award, recruiters or agencies must have activated their profiles and started collecting verified reviews on their Sourcr platform. For each award category, the proprietary algorithm will consider recruiters or agencies with at least 5 unique client or candidate reviews in the financial year 2024.

The metrics we use to calculate the awards winners are:

  • Overall average star-rating
  • Total number of reviews in the category in the time period
  • Your review conversion score – the number of reviews received/the number of reviews requested

And you have to have received a review in the last 90 days to be eligible (active). Agencies require an activation rate of 75% or higher for your recruiters (have to have received review in last 90 days).

Please note: During the review conversion process, we will also take into account the number of reviews and the number of consultants within the agency to ensure that all agencies receive equal opportunities regardless of their size.

What are the benefits of receiving an award?

An award can be your most powerful marketing asset (and have some pretty good bragging rights).

With our digital assets and badges, you can stand out and promote your status as a leader within your field. These assets can also be used in your profile, social media posts, email signatures, and media releases, among other things, to win more business and attract more candidates.

 

Reviews Deadline

Getting started is easy! If you haven’t already, simply claim your free profile and start collecting reviews from your clients and candidates.

All reviews for consideration need to be received by Midnight Friday, 30 June 2024 (AEDT). 

Awards are calculated based on reviews received between 1 July 2023- 30 June 2024.
